PRESIDENT & CEO

D'Lynn Everett serves as the Sr. Director of Advertising Sales for TBN and Merit Street Media. With over two decades of experience in ​the media and advertising industry, D'Lynn has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships. At ​TBN, she leads a dynamic sales team, leveraging her expertise to develop innovative advertising solutions that resonate with diverse ​audiences. Her commitment to brand elevation through strategic partnerships has been pivotal in driving growth.

At Merit Street Media, D'Lynn spearheads the advertising strategy for the company's wide range of multimedia projects. Her ability to ​understand market trends and consumer behavior has been instrumental in the successful launch and sustained growth of ​numerous campaigns.

Previously, as Marketing Director at Austin Lane Technologies, D'Lynn's leadership extended to managing a dynamic team and ​spearheading the development of a new website and social media strategies. These initiatives not only enhanced the digital ​presence but also reflected a dedication to creating marketing strategies that deliver sustainable results.

Additionally, D'Lynn worked as a National Sales Trainer in the OTC Pharmaceutical Business for over 20 years.

She created her own LLC, Everett Five Management, specializing in finding funds, growing businesses, and connecting similar NGOs ​to expedite their business processes and gain funding. Her small business staff’s three full-time employees along with special ​Marketing and Advertising internships.

A visionary leader, D'Lynn is known for her collaborative approach, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Her passion for ​storytelling and commitment to client success make her a valuable asset to TBN and Merit Street Media along with all her clients.

She received her MBA from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her undergraduate degree in Marketing from ORU, Tulsa, OK.

Outside of work, D'Lynn is an advocate for community engagement and enjoys mentoring young people. Her personal interests ​include music, family, and her faith in Jesus. They say about D’Lynn that she is a true friend. Once her friend, always her friend.
